Eng. Thomas J. Uiso,
the Chief Executive Officer and Shareholder of Namis Corporate Ltd
is responsible for overseeing all management and decision making
within the company. He works closely with his business partners and
other company executives from within and outside Namis Corporate to
formulate policies and strategies that will guide the company in
meeting its goals and objectives.
Eng. Uiso oversees the planning, coordinating and monitoring of work
within Namis Corporate Ltd. While he maintains overall
accountability, most of the daily management duties are delegated to
his highly trained partners and head of projects.
Namis Corporate Ltd also employs on a permanent basis qualified,
skilled and experienced personnel such as Welders, Carpenters,
Painters, Masons, Tilers, Plumbers and Electricians whose team work
spirit consistently apply diligence, perseverance, attention to
detail, and good work habits to ensure quality projects, products
and excellent customer service.
Eng. Uiso worked for Tanzania Electric Supplies Company Ltd as a
Design and Planning Engineer from 1997 to 2007. Some of his duties
were design and planning power line distribution, maintenance
programme in power line distribution networks, construction practice
of power distribution networks, installation and maintenance of
substations (primary and secondary substations), and residential and
office electrical installation.
He has an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
from the University of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
