Eng. Uiso is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. He is registered professional Engineer with ERB. He is responsible for the day to day activities in all departments. He works closely with his business partners and other company senior officials from within and outside the company to formulate policies and strategies that will guide the company in meeting its goals and objectives. While he maintains overall accountability, most of the daily management duties are delegated to his highly trained partners and head of departments. Eng. Uiso has over 15 years experience in electrical construction and installation. His experience involves construction of HT 33kv line, installation of substation, Construction of 11 kV outgoing feeders, construction of electrical distribution infrastructure to rural areas. He also has practical experience in building and civil construction works. He has experience in designing and planning power line distribution, maintenance programme in power line distribution networks, and construction practice of power distribution networks, installation and maintenance of substations. Eng. Uiso has attended various courses including management course in South Africa and other professional courses offered in Tanzania. He holds BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam and a MBA in Finance from the same University. He is the founder of Namis Corporate Limited, after having worked with TANESCO for over 8 years in several positions.
Mr Limbu is the Chief Operating Officer.He oversees contract management and execution of construction works. Mr Limbu has practical experience in building and fit outs works and has worked for various companies in different key positions here in Tanzania and abroad which gives him an edge in international business perspective experience. He holds Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems (Hons), Minor in Finance from Strayer University, Washington, DC and Associate in Arts and Computer Information Systems (Hons) from the same University. He also holds International Diploma in Computer Studies (Distinction) - Institute for Information Technology (T), Dar es Salaam, and Moderated by National Computing Center (NCC) Manchester, UK. He is a Certified International Project Manager (CIPM) and a fellow of the American Academy of Project Management (FAAPM), USA.
Joseph is the Chief Finance Officer, responsible for financial matters, tax planning, investments and reporting. He has over 6 years experience in corporate finance and investments, having worked as Assistant Tax consultant with Deloitte Consulting Ltd, and as Financial Analyst with CMSA, and later as a Head of Research, Operations and Trading at Tanzania Securities Ltd. Joseph has also being the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Tanzania Securities Limited for over 12 months. He holds BCom (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam, MSc Finance from University of Strathclyde-UK. He is a registered Certified Public Accountant-CPA (T) and a Trained Securities Trader. Joseph has attended various securities courses and seminars in USA-SEC, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Malaysia as well as Tax advisory training in Nigeria. He also holds the Securities Industry Certification - SICC(T).
